A quick check of the Windows Media Creation Tool this morning revealed that the Media Creation Tool allows users to download the new October 2020 20H2 V2009 as an ISO/USB or to use the "update now" button to update your computer at the site. Also, if you open Settings-Update and Security, then click on the "Check for Updates" button, IF, and only IF, your computer is ready for the update, it should allow the user to download and install the newest Version 2009. This type of of update is supposed to be easier and quicker than the other methods because the new features only need to be "activated" from their already dormant state on the machine. (The Sony laptop I'm on now already shows the update/upgrade ready for download. The previous version update/upgrade was very similar to this.) Read about it in the link below: https://www.howtogeek.com/684812/whats-new-in-windows-10s-20h2-update-arriving-fall-2020/ https://www.computerworld.com/article/3586817/microsoft-launches-its-second-update-rerun-windows-10-20h2.html Still, most recommend waiting for a while to install the latest update/upgrade. As with previous releases, Microsoft will be rolling it out slowly so there's no need to rush and it won't automatically be pushed to most users for a while. There's not much information as to problems right now so most should wait for a while to update/upgrade their computers. I've got a couple of test computers so I'll be updating them soon and I'll let you know how it goes.....but I'll still wait a day or two to make sure there aren't any major issues right at the start. Hope this helps.
